Join me for a 12 hour deep dive into stillness and silence. Over 3 days, we will explore meditation and slow yoga, and practice noble silence. This means participants will turn their awareness inward and not speak during our time together. I will of course speak softly, when necessary, to facilitate our meditations and yoga practices. But, the rest of our time will be quiet and introspective. Silence brings great awareness and healing. Come experience how it can transform your life.

The daily schedule:
6:00-7:00am Meditation
7:00-7:30am Breakfast
7:30-8:45am Yoga (yin or restorative)
8:45-9:00am Tea
9:00-10:00am Meditation 

Location: Blissful Yoga at 5684 Mermaid St, Sechelt.

Your investment: $182 +tax – includes catered breakfast each day. Maximum 6 participants.

Pier

Yoga

Pier Yoga starts July 3rd! Join me at Trail Bay Pier on the Sechelt waterfront for yoga classes under the sun and over the sea. Classes will be held on the pier, weather permitting. Check the schedule page 30 minutes before class starts for confirmation that class is outside!

Drop in is $15 (cash only). All welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, sun protection, water and dress in layers.
